Dear Vivace™ Owner,
Thank you for being a valued Aesthetics Biomedical Vivace™RF provider. We wanted to inform you of some changes in our Vivace™ RF distribution network and clarify misinformation that is being conveyed. As you know, Aesthetics Biomedical (ABM) is the exclusive provider of Vivace™ RF in North America. Cartessa Aesthetics, formerly contracted to be our United States Sales Distributor for Vivace™ RF, is no longer our distributor, effective December 20, 2019.
To be clear, the Vivace™ RF will continue to be sold in the United States so please ignore any information that is being conveyed to the contrary. Since the purchase of your Vivace™ RF, Aesthetics Biomedical has always and will continue to provide all of our Vivace™ RF device owners with warranty support, device training and consumable purchase support. We have created a new Customer Support link on our VivaceExperience.com website to ensure that all of our providers continue to receive top service. We have also hired a new full-time customer service representative to further improve our responsiveness to customers and practice development support. Aesthetics Biomedical’s new customer support representative will be personally contacting your office to answer any questions you may have regarding the transition in our sales distribution network. Additionally, our new sales distributors will be contacting your office to provide further support.
Finally, I will mention that in addition to the Vivace™ RF, Aesthetics Biomedical’s portfolio consists of the SENZA, a state-of-the-art laser hair removal device and has launched the first personalized topical skincare product, SoME™ that allows a medical provider to create a patients individualized take home product, using their own PRP. Our new sales distributors will be providing more details on these exciting new products.
