An Important Consumables Pricing Update

Transparency has always been a cornerstone of how we do business, and with that in mind, I want to share an important update regarding our consumables pricing.

In 2025, industry-wide tariffs were enacted that significantly increased the cost of manufacturing and sourcing certain components essential to our consumables. While these tariffs began impacting our costs as early as June 2025, we made a deliberate decision to absorb these increases for as long as possible rather than immediately passing them on to our customers.

As CEO, I felt it was important to delay any adjustment while we explored every available alternative, optimized operations internally, and worked to minimize disruption to your practice. Unfortunately, the sustained impact of these tariffs has made a pricing adjustment unavoidable.

What This Pricing Update Means for You

Effective January 1, 2026, we will be implementing a modest adjustment to select consumable pricing. This change reflects only the additional costs we have incurred as a result of the tariffs—nothing more.

Should these tariffs be reduced or revoked in the future, I want to be very clear: those savings will be passed directly back to you. Our goal is not margin expansion, but long-term sustainability that allows us to continue investing in innovation, service, and support for your practice.
